The Taichung Fude Lions Club and the Fulun Lions Club joined forces to visit community centers in the Guangming and Guanghua neighborhoods, as well as the homes of elderly residents living alone. They presented pomelos—hand-picked by the Lions members themselves—along with Mid-Autumn Festival supplies, personally delivering heartfelt blessings to the seniors. This year, the service initiative was expanded; beyond providing material support, the clubs incorporated «anti-diabetes self-screening» awareness campaigns and promoted anti-drug, anti-fraud, and anti-vote-buying education. By extending their charitable efforts to include health protection and safety education, they put the philosophy of «engaging with and serving the community» into practice. Led by President Lai Chih-ming, the event saw the active participation of Founding President Lai Ming-te, numerous past presidents, club officers, Lions members and their families, and volunteers—all demonstrating great team spirit and a passion for public service. President Lai Chih-ming and Fulun Lions Club President Lin Tse-sheng emphasized that philanthropy is a long-term commitment; they pledged to continue deepening grassroots services and spreading warmth throughout the community. A single pomelo and a personal visit convey deep care for the elderly; every act of service and sincere gesture reflects the Fude Lions Club’s unwavering dedication to its original mission.

福德獅子會中秋送暖走入社區
關懷獨居長輩、推動自我抗醣檢測、反毒、防詐、反賄選，　用行動傳遞溫暖與健康~

中秋佳節將至，臺中市福德獅子會秉持「服務社會、關懷弱勢」的公益精神，邀請母會福倫獅子會一起走入光明、光華社區據點，展開社區長輩關懷及兵分二路由獅友們逐戶探訪獨居長輩關懷服務，並致贈中秋應景物資及生活用品，將獅友們滿滿的愛與祝福送到長輩家中。

活動中的每一份物資，都凝聚著獅友們滿滿的心意。從親自採摘柚子、整理、包裝，到逐戶送到長輩手中，獅友們用實際行動完成「從產地到關懷」的愛心接力。當長輩看到獅友到來時，臉上洋溢著笑容與熱情歡迎，也讓所有參與服務的獅友深深感受到，付出其實就是最幸福的回饋。

福德獅子會多年來持續關懷弱勢及獨居長輩，透過定期社會服務走進社區、深入家庭，不只是送上一份物資，更希望讓長輩感受到「有人記得我、有人關心我」。

今年更進一步擴大服務內容，結合抗醣自我檢測宣導、反毒及防詐、反賄選騙宣導，讓公益服務從物資關懷延伸到健康守護與生活安全教育，落實「走入社區、服務社區」的理念。

整場活動由賴志銘會長帶領賴明德創會長、莊素慧前會長、陳素敏前會長、林郁玲秘書、黃麗鄉副財務、羅文卿反毒大使獅友、張瑋瀚抗醣大使、楊淑雅、陳樹根、曹木蘭、楊淑雅獅友暨寶眷及志工們共同投入服務。

大家分工合作，從採收柚子到物資準備、社區據點服務到逐戶關懷，以實際行動共同完成這場充滿愛與溫度的社會服務。

福德獅子會賴志銘會長及林澤昇會長表示，公益不是一次性的活動，而是一份長期堅持的責任。未來也將持續結合獅友力量與社區資源，深入基層、關懷弱勢，根植服務，讓每一份愛心都能真正送到需要的人身邊，讓社會因為更多人的付出而更加溫暖。

一顆柚子，一盒月餅是中秋的祝福；
一次探訪，一袋物資，是對長輩的牽掛；
一份服務，一份真心，是福德獅子會不變的初心。
