國際獅子會300A 5區捐葉克膜與手持超音波 三總基隆分院強化重症急救量能
國際獅子會300A5區為強化基隆地區的醫療與重症救治能力，集結國際與在地獅友力量，慷慨捐贈「葉克膜（ECMO）體外維生系統」及「手持式超音波儀器」予三軍總醫院基隆分院。捐贈儀式於12月8日（星期一）上午10時在三軍總醫院基隆分院舉行，國防部軍醫局高層、三軍總醫院代表，及國際獅子會多位重量級貴賓皆到場共同見證這項提升在地重症急救量能的盛事。 「葉克膜（ECMO）」是搶救心肺衰竭重症病患的「救命神器」。此次同步捐贈的「手持式超音波儀器」，則具備輕巧、機動性高的特色，可供醫護人員在急診或病床邊快速進行、精準判斷，大幅提升創傷危急病患的處置效率。兩項設備的到位，將為基隆地區病患爭取更多黃金救治時間。 國際獅子會300A5區總監李敏卿表示，此次捐贈特別獲得國際獅子會的支持，期盼這批尖端醫療設備能成為守護基隆市民健康的堅實後盾。今天到場的貴賓包括：國際獅子會LCIF主席 Fabrício Oliveira（法布里西奧.奧利維拉）、國際理事 徐國勇、國際理事暨LCIF信託理事 江達隆等國際級代表。
