台中市金蘭獅子會發起「台北陽明醫院急難救助 暨醫療儀器捐贈社會服務」。在 桂香會長的響應下與金龍、東方獅子會共同聯合主辦。陳榮峰財務長更帶領內閣們及分會會長共同北上親臨現場支持，並代表總監辦事處致贈社服金。 35年前，桂香自小年幼遭遇家暴而家境更是辛苦，還要照顧拉拔親弟妹長大，當時桂香與母親一起在台中烏日賣玉蘭花…有日卻發生重大意外母女倆被油罐車撞到造成性命垂危，當時經濟拮据無力承擔各項醫療費用 正當大家放棄的時候，是劉文俊醫師帶著她們母女倆北上救治，更感謝當時台北陽明醫院的急難救助金的援助，讓她們得以有幸救回一命並及日漸康復，至今桂香仍然牢記在心，這份來自社會的溫暖恩情。 35年後，桂香代表著台中市金蘭獅子會會長的身份，行有餘力並帶著各友會的樂於善行北上感恩回饋，更在上週找到了當年的救命恩人劉醫師，完成這掛心大半輩子的緣份♥️本次社服捐贈急難救助金以及各項的專業醫療設備器材，配合八大社服落實推動社會服務發揚博愛精神的宗旨 2025-2026年度 團結和諧 榮耀服務
