家訪癌症兒童並捐贈物資
今天12月6日，我們以關懷的心踏上了家訪的旅程，並拜訪了黃棣棟醫師，展現對癌症兒童及其家庭的支持與愛。 09:30 集合至思敏小朋友家 第一站，我們來到思敏小朋友的家，為她送上生活日常用品，訪談中了解到，思敏的父親因直腸癌病逝，弟弟因眼疾雙眼失明，目前佩戴義眼，思敏腦瘤今年也開了三次刀，本身也有舌癌，然而，這個家庭仍然洋溢著樂觀的氣氛，特別是母親的堅韌與積極，深深打動了我們的心。 隨後，我們前往深坑，探望韋翰小朋友，他由奶奶照顧，每兩個月需要注射價值三萬元的藥物。因病無法自理的韋翰，在奶奶無微不至的照顧下堅持生活，這背後也離不開社會各界的幫助，我們帶去了物資捐贈，盼能減輕一些生活上的壓力。 接著，我們來到中和，探望彥偉，三十年前，彥偉曾接受黃棣棟醫師的手術治療，如今仍積極面對生活，我們帶著生活用品，關懷他的現況，希望給予溫暖與支持。 行程的最後，我們來到臺北醫學大學，與黃棣棟醫師會面，他多年來專注於兒童腦瘤的研究與治療，為無數家庭帶來希望。我們除了分享今日的家訪經歷，也表達了對他的崇敬之情，並送上感謝的禮物。 這一天，我們見證了生命的韌性，也體會到社會愛心的可貴，未來，我們將持續推動更多類似的活動，為需要幫助的人送去更多光與熱。
