The Bacolod City Host Leo Club proudly shares the successful Mental Health Talk led by our Club President, Leo President RJ Ruiz, for more than 70 TESDA scholars on August 1, 2026.
The session provided a meaningful space to raise awareness about mental health, encourage open conversations, and remind everyone that taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies.
Together, we continue to build a community where mental health matters, seeking help is a strength, and no one has to face their struggles alone. ๐
