Giving school supplies to youth
On a bright morning at Bacsil Elementary School, Lions Club members arrived with smiles and boxes filled with notebooks, pens, bags, and other school supplies. The students gathered excitedly on the school steps, happy to welcome their guests.
The volunteers handed out supplies to every child, sharing encouraging words to do their best in class. For many of these students, the gifts meant they could keep learning without worrying about what they lacked. The event ended with bright grins all around — a simple act of kindness that gave the children the tools to chase their dreams, and reminded them their community cares.
