Dadar Beach Cleanup with Beach Please Organisation
The Leo Club of Kandivali Lokhandwala Township, in collaboration with Beach Please Organisation, is set to organize a beach cleanup drive at Dadar Beach. This initiative goes beyond just cleaning the shoreline — it is about protecting marine life, reducing pollution, and restoring the natural beauty of one of Mumbai’s busiest coastal areas. Volunteers will actively engage in collecting plastic, glass, and non-biodegradable waste while also raising awareness among local citizens on the importance of waste management and ocean conservation.
The project aims to create a visible environmental impact while inspiring behavioral change in the community. By keeping our beaches clean, we reduce harm to aquatic ecosystems, promote sustainable tourism, and encourage future generations to respect and protect nature. Through this activity, we hope to make Dadar Beach not just cleaner for a day, but a healthier space for years to come.
